Thank you for shopping at livemade.store. We make personalized gifts – custom tumblers, custom mugs, and handmade items – made to order just for you.

All personalized items are final sale. We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or our production error.

1. Personalized Items – No Returns

  • No returns for buyer's remorse
  • No returns for spelling errors or wrong photos you approved
  • No returns for slight color variations

2. Damaged or Wrong Item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number + photos. We will remake free or refund 100%.

3. Non-Personalized Items

Blank products may be returned within 14 days, unused, in original packaging. You pay return shipping.

4. Cancellations

Orders enter production within 2 hours and cannot be cancelled after that.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds go to original payment method in 5-10 business days. Shipping is non-refundable unless error is ours.
