LiveMade LLC ("LiveMade", "we", "us")

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from livemade.store (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We sell personalized gifts including custom tumblers, custom mugs, and other handmade gift items made to order.

2. Products & Personalization

All products are made to order. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, photos, and text you submit. We will print exactly what you approve in the preview. We reserve the right to refuse any personalization that contains hate speech, explicit content, copyrighted material you do not own, or trademarks without permission.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Your card is charged at checkout. We may cancel or refuse any order for suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or unavailable personalization.

4. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are in USD and subject to change. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Promotional codes cannot be combined and expire as stated.

5. Production & Shipping

Production time is typically 2-5 business days for custom tumblers and mugs, plus shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because items are personalized, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error made by us. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, spelling errors you approved, or color variations due to screens. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (usually within 2 hours).

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, designs, and templates are owned by LiveMade LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or resell our designs. By uploading content, you represent you own the rights and grant us a limited license to use it solely to fulfill your order.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, upload malicious code, infringe IP, or harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers

Products are provided "as is". Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, materials, and handmade processes. Tumblers are for cold and hot beverages but not for microwave or dishwasher unless stated. We do not warrant uninterrupted site access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveMade LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the last 90 days.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LiveMade LLC against claims arising from your uploaded content, misuse of products, or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
